Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Nine (39) month Lease and Maintenance Agreement between Webb County Sheriff’s Office and Nevill Document Solutions, beginning on September 28, 2015 and ending December 27, 2018 for Two (2) Kyocera Taskalfa 255ci to be located at 1001 Washington St., at a monthly rate of FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-EIGHT CENTS ($599.78) for a total cost of TWENTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY-ONE DOLLARS AND FORTY-TWO CENTS ($23,391.42) and a maintenance fee of $0.006 per copy, subject to annual budget appropriation, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Subchapter F Cooperative Purchasing Program section 271.101 and 271.102 Tarrant County Contract #2013-042 and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
