Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Nine (39) month Lease and Maintenance Agreement between Webb County Sheriff’s Office and Nevill Document Solutions, beginning on September 28, 2015 and ending December 27, 2018 for a Kyocera M2535dn and a Kyocera Taskalfa 3051ci to be located at 902 Victoria St, at a monthly rate of TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-NINE DOLLARS AND TWENTY-FIVE CENTS ($269.25) for a total cost of TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-FIVE CENTS ($10,500.75) and a maintenance fee of $0.006 per copy, subject to annual budget appropriation, pursuant to Texas Local Government Code Subchapter F Cooperative Purchasing Program section 271.101 and 271.102 Tarrant County Contract #2013-042 and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
