Discussion and possible action to enter into a Thirty-Six (36) month (September 28, 2015 through September 27, 2018) agreement between Webb County and Time Warner Cable for internet services pursuant to purchasing cooperative contract Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing Program DIR Contract# DIR-TEX-AN-NG-CTSA-008, services to be located at the Education Center, 412 Concord Hills Laredo, Tx. 78046, at a monthly payment of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX DOLLARS AND NINETY-NINE CENTS ($186.99) and a one-time installation fee of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($150.00), subject to annual budget appropriation; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
