Discussion and possible action to approve the Juror Pay Reimbursement in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 61.001 Subsection (c); and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: As per Government Code 61.001 Subsection (c): The commissioners court shall determine annually the daily reimbursement of expenses for jurors.

Solution: We are requesting the court approve setting the daily reimbursement for jurors at $6.00 for the next fiscal year.

Result: This will be in compliance with Government Code procedures.
