Discussion and possible action to adopt the revised rental contract for all the community centers owned by Webb County; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: On August 24, 2015, Commissioners Court approved the review and revision of the rental contract for all Webb County community centers that needed reconsideration of rental amount, deposit amount and security office requirements.

Solution: The new revised, standard contract for the community centers, include these new terms and provisions and would update the contract.

Result: Adopting the new standardized rental contract would meet the current needs of the county, the community centers, and the community of users.
