Discussion and possible action to enter into an annual standard software maintenance agreement with New World Systems Corporation and Webb County for software located at the Webb County Sheriff’s Department. The agreement will be for one (1) year commencing October 1, 2015 through September 30, 2016 in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($126,225.00). The standard software maintenance agreement shall provide maintenance to current software currently located at the Webb County Sheriff’s Office and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
