Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County as lessor to enter into a Five (5) year lease agreement commencing August 1, 2015 through July 31, 2020 for a monthly rental rate of $1,000.00 per month with the United States of America Department of Agriculture (U.S.D.A.), for a 2.00 acre tract of land situated in Webb County, Texas, western portion of Webb County, Texas, being out of Porcion 23, Leonard Sanchez, original grantee, abstract 1-1544, Webb County, Texas, located approximately 0.9 miles east of the Rio Grande, and more fully described by metes and bounds survey, attached hereto as exhibit “A”.
