Discussion and possible action to approve the continued payment of overtime and fringe benefits of the grant funded State and Local Overtime and Authorized Expense/Strategic Initiative Program under the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces for Thirty (30) days, until receipt of the agreement with the signature by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) or his designee. Webb County has already been notified of said agreement and returned it to OCDETF with the required signature by the authorized official for Webb County, the Webb County Judge, in reference to this agreement. [Fund Source 357. The fringe benefits will be covered by Constable Pct. 4 Federal Forfeiture Fund #171-2502-3351]

Issue: Approval from Commissioners Court to continue providing fringe benefits covered by the Constable Pct. 4.

Solution: Approval by Commissioners Court.

Result: Constable Pct. 4 continue providing fringe benefits to the designee.
