Issue: Space rental account requires additional funding to cover Holding Over rate of $4,000.00 per month for temporary building lease with Mr. Moises Gonzalez for Sheriff Boxing Gym.

Solution: Transfer funds from the G/F utility account to cover rent for September and October of 2015.

Result: Payment of September and October holding over rate of $4,000.00 per month. Holding over rate terminates when County completes remodeling of Probation/Boxing Gym Building located at 3802 South Zapata Hwy.
