Discussion and possible action to enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement with Todd Russell, Ph.D., to provide needs assessment, evaluation and consulting services for the Webb County Court at Law #2 Juvenile Drug Court Program for a term of One (1) year, that shall commence on September 30, 2016 and expire on September 29, 2017 at a monthly cost of Nine Hundred Dollars ($900.00), for a total cost of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($10,800.00); and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
