Discussion and possible action to approve a Contribution-In- Aid-of -Construction Agreement (CIAC) for an Electric Distribution Service Project at the Larga Vista Community Center in the amount of $268.79 (one time fee) from American Electric Power (AEP) to upgrade 1-400W HPS floodlight to a 1-1000W HPS floodlight (with bracket), as requested by Webb County Engineering Department. [Account #001-6103-6201]

Background:

The Larga Vista Park, adjacent to the Larga Vista Community Center has been a target and hangout of vandals due to poor lighting. More lighting is needed for the safe use of the park by residents, for the security of the vicinity and the protection of Webb County property.
