Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to solicit Request for Proposals (RFP's) for a “501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation" to partner with the Self-Help Center Program to construct Four (4) new homes under the newly awarded TCDP Contract #7216013.This activity is grant funded and will not impact the County's General Fund.

Background:

The Webb County Community Action Agency was awarded 1,000,000 for the Self-Help Center Program. The contract period for this newly awarded grant is September 1, 2016 through September 1, 2020.
