Discussion and possible action to enter into a Non-Financial Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between United Independent School District (U.I.S.D.) and Webb County Juvenile Department. This MOU delineates the responsibilities between U.I.S.D. and the Webb County Juvenile Department. These guidelines address situations where the Juvenile Department’s employees (Probation Officers) shall be allowed to access to U.I.S.D. campuses.
