Issue:
A printer was transferred from the Bruni Community Center to the Business Office and in addition to monthly lease payments, invoices for variable monthly maintenance charges are needed.
Solution:
Transfer funds from the Materials & Supplies account into the Repairs & Maintenance Equipment account in order to pay for the variable maintenance charges for the remainder of the fiscal year.
Result:
Have sufficient funds to pay for copier maintenance costs.
