Issue:
Due to an increase of clientele, funds for Postage and Courier Services have been completely exhausted.
Solution:
The line item transfer requested from Training & Education and Dues & Memberships accounts shall cover the cost of postage for the remainder of fiscal year.
Result:
Veterans claims will now be able to be sent when sending via fax is not an option, allowing for the client to receive disability and/or pension benefits.
