Discussion and possible action to authorize a contract between Real Vision Imaging (RVI) and Webb County for the annual software support renewal fee. The contract begins October 1, 2017 and ends on September 30, 2018. The total cost will be FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,500.00) funding will be used from 2017-2018 budget and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
