Issue:
As per the State CAA must use both grants Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) and Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) for expenses: Space rental, materials & supplies, equipment rental and postage etc.
Solution:
To have enough funds in both grants accounts to pay necessary expenses.
Result:
To ensure funding is available for the remainder of the current fiscal year.
