Discussion and possible action to approve a reimbursement resolution to allow Webb County to reimburse the General Fund for expenditures related to projects with the proceeds of new certificates of obligations.

Issue: The County intends to reimburse the expenditures hereunder after the date the original expenditure is paid or the date the project is placed in service.

Solution: This resolution shall evidence the intent of the County to comply with state law and federal income tax law in the issuance of tax-exempt obligations for the project.
