Issue: The Webb County Community Action Agency WCCAA- Meals on Wheels and Elderly Nutrition Programs are not part of the wage's plan. The previous court approval for salary adjustments were October 1, 2016.

Solution: The WCCAA Meals on Wheels and Elderly Nutrition programs are proposing staff hourly wage increase based on job duties and job performance as per each employee's evaluation.

Result: The proposed salary increase will benefit the Meals on Wheels and Elderly Nutrition programs staff to maintain a high level of performance and efficiency.

Background:

The Texas Department of Health and Human Services have authorized the increase in salaries of all staff positions in the programs.

Previous Court Action:

The previous salary adjustment was approved by the Commissioner's Court in October 1, 2016
