Discussion and possible action to authorize an Independent Contractor-Professional Services Agreement between United Power Battery and Webb County. The agreement will provide Hardware Support for Pro-active Critical Support Equipment (UPS). The total amount of Seven Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Dollars ($7,470.00) is due within thirty (30) days and authorizing the County the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
