Discussion and possible action to ratify, adopt and approve the property tax revenue increase in the amount of $1,225,774.09 reflected in the proposed budget that required raising more revenue from property taxes than in the previous year as required by Texas Local Government Code 111.068, and executing an Order adopting the property tax rate for fiscal year 2019-2020.
