Discussion and possible action to authorize the development and submission of a Texas Communities Count Grant Proposal for the 2020 U.S. Census to the Hogg Foundation for Mental Health in an amount not to exceed Seventy Five Thousand Dollars $75,000.00); and authorizing the County Judge to act as the County's Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in all matters pertaining to the County's Executive Officer and Authorized Representative in all matters pertaining to the County's participation.
