Discussion and possible action to enter into amendment Number 1 to the architectural services agreement (AIA B 101-2017) with Redline Architecture, L.L.C. for design plans for the renovation of the Quad City Fire Station dated May 26, 2020, in an amount not to exceed Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) for additional services for design/upgrade of the facility’s water system and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. The original contract did not include or contemplate an update/upgrade to the facility's water system.
