Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Webb County, for the Webb County Early Child Headstart Care Partnership (EHS-CCP), and Anna Guerra, d/b/a Regina’s School House for this early head start program at Regina’s. This MOU establishes the monthly rents, fees, terms and conditions under which Guerra/Regina’s and Webb County Head Start will share in the operation and monitoring of two (2) full day early head start classrooms x $400.00 per day. The term of this agreement shall be for a period of two (2) scholastic calendar years beginning with on September 1, 2020 thru August 31, 2022, at the rate of $25.00 per day for each non-subsidized /unreimbursed child up to Sixteen (16) children and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
