Discussion and possible action to authorize a contract between IBM and Webb County for server maintenance and service of software. The contract begins on October 1, 2020 and ends on September 30, 2021 at a total cost of TWENTY-NINE THOUSAND SIXTY-NINE DOLLARS and 48/100 Cents ($29,069.48) funding will be used from 2020-2021 budget and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
