Background:
The bridges are off-system bridges that are listed in the National Bridge Inventory and qualify for rehabilitation/repair under TxDOT's bridge program (federal funding). These bridges will be subject of a TxDOT Funding Agreement with a 10% County match subject to the approval of an Equivalent Match Project (EMP) in which the County would utilize the 10% match for other off-system bridges in the County.
