Keiner for a one (1) year fixed term of agreement with an additional four (4) one-year options to extend and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Current lease expires October 12, 2020. Two proposers responded to RFP 2020-013 "Webb County Agricultural Grazing and Hunting Lease Cuchillas & Lomas II Pastures"

Solution: Scoring Committee scored in accordance with criteria published on RFP.

Result: Scoring Committee is recommending award to the highest ranking proposer, James E. Keiner.

Property Description:
The Cuchillas and Lomas Pastures containing approximately 2,292.00 acres of land granted to Webb County, Texas as School Lands by the State of Texas being Survey No’s. 1687 & 577, Abstract 1890, & Abstract 911, in said County, and located approximately 27 miles east of the City of Laredo on U.S. Hwy. 59 E, a/k/a I-69

Operation by successful proposer on subject properties shall be limited to grazing and hunting activities only.
