Discussion and possible action to enter into a professional services agreement between Webb County, on behalf of the Webb County Sheriff's Office, and Allen Jarrel to provide specialized training for law enforcement personnel and other law enforcement services, for a performance period of twelve (12) months at a cost of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) per month, effective October 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022, for an amount not to exceed eighteen thousand dollars ($18,000.00); and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto. Background:

CONTRACTOR shall provide the Webb County Sheriff’s office with specialized training for law enforcement personnel, provide recommendations on standard operating procedures, and any other matters that pertain to the mission and goals of the Webb County Sheriff’s Office as directed and approved by the Webb County Sheriff.
