Discussion and possible action, by Order, to amend the Webb County Budget & Fiscal Policies for fiscal year 2021-2022; and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue:
Update policy to reflect ratification procedure and non-transferable accounts.
Solution:
Amending the current budget and fiscal policy will cover ratifications.
Result:
Policy will no longer require ratification items under $10,000 to be presented to Commissioners Court. Goods for Public Events will be listed as restricted.
