Discussion and possible action to enter into a State and Local HIDTA Task Force Agreement with the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Agency and Webb County for the Webb County District Attorney's Office for a period of one year (October 1, 2021 - September 30, 2022), said agreement will provide funding for task force duties and overtime reimbursement payments to Webb County; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any matters incident thereto.
