Discussion and possible action to enter into an agreement with Garza/Gonzalez & Associates, Certified Public Accountants, to audit Webb County's financial statements of the governmental activities, the business-type activities, each major fund, and the aggregate remaining fund information, including the related notes to the financial statements, which collectively comprise the basic financial statements, of the County as of and for the year ended September 30, 2021 for a fee in the amount of SEVENTY-FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($74,900.00) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
