Dryden, Jr., to Wenceslao Trevino, Jr., recorded in Volume 418, Page 305, Deed Records, Webb County, Texas SAVE AND EXCEPT; 10 acres of land, more or less, being described as C-14 “B” in Warranty Deed with Vendor’s Lien dated March 10, 1980, from Wesceslao Trevino, Jr., et ux to Nancy Valle, et al, recorded in Volume 609, Page 282, Official Public Records, Webb County, Texas; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
