Issue: A small amount of remaining grant funding in travel/training is required to be utilized, and a line item transfer was approved by the funding agency to utilize these residual funds.

Solution: Request a line item transfer.

Result: Funding will be available to be utilized for the purchase of K9 supplies to zero out grant funding and close out the grant.
