Discussion and possible action to approve a lease agreement between Webb County and Enterprise Fleet Management (TIPS #2072816) for a 48-month term at an annual cost of $30,326.40 for three (3) leased vehicles to be assigned to the Webb County Fire Marshal and in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; Subchapter F. Cooperative Purchasing Program; Sections 271.101 & 271.102 and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Currently, the Webb County Fire Marshal's Department does not have access to vehicles for work duties to be completed.

Solution: Approve the lease of three vehicles for use by fire marshal's department.

Result: Order the vehicles for department use. Estimated lead time on delivery, 3-6 months.
