Issue: The Webb County Jail has trash overflow which is resulting in a Special Pickup that is not part of the monthly payment. We also requested a water dispenser under minor tools for the Justice Center.

Solution: Transfer funds to mentioned account.

Result: Funds will be available for trash pick and water dispenser.
