Discussion and possible action to approve amendment #2 for the PY21 Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) American Rescue Plan Act (ARP Act) from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA) for a budget transfer of $162,555.37 to the Utilities Assistance account; and authorizing the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The TDHCA has provided the agency with contract amendment to move Administrative funds to Direct Services funds.

Solution: Commissioners Court approves contract amendment under PY21 CEAP ARP Act.

Result: The agency will be able to cover additional energy bills under the program.
