Discussion and possible action to enter into a professional services agreement with Ardurra Group, Inc., to prepare a Water & Wastewater Master Plan over a twelve (12) month period for a cost of Four Hundred Sixty Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($460,700.00) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Requested by Utilities Department; American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds]
