Discussion and possible action to, pursuant to §152.015 of the Texas Local Government Code, determine the manner of selection of the public members and alternates to the Salary Grievance Committee:
 
  • By lot (§152.015 (b) Tex. Loc. Govt. Code), or
  • By randomized list (§152.015 (b-1) Tex. Loc. Govt. Code).

Selection of public members and alternates to the Salary Grievance Committee.

Chairman of the Grievance Committee (County Judge) shall announce the date and time of the public hearing on the Salary Grievance of the Honorable Mike Villarreal, Webb County Constable Pct. 2.and the Honorable Harold Devally, Webb County Constable Pct. 4; and any other matters incident thereto.
