Issue: Eight (8) firms submitted formal statement of qualifications for the requested professional services.

Solution: All firms were evaluated and scored accordingly. Consideration to accept the rankings and award to highest-ranking proposer.

Result: If approved, a professional services agreement will be negotiated and return to Commissioners Court for their approval on fees and other terms and conditions for final execution.
