Commissioner's Court Administrator, Mr. Leroy Medford suggested to the court to authorize Treasurers Office to allow with his permission the release of the checks that are going to be pending from here up until the next Commissioners Court Meeting on January 14 ,for him to do ratification on that day. Mr. Leroy Medford stated to the court that the Budget Office can send another memo to the Treasurers Office acknowledging that and they wont have to ratify anything at this time until the fourteenth. |
