Discussion and possible action to award Request for Proposal (RFP) 2023-002 "Webb County Fairgrounds - Promotion Management Services" to sole proposer G&G Promotions in accordance with the Texas Local Government Code; §262.030 (Alternative Proposal Procedures for Certain Goods and Services) and to further authorize the Civil legal department to negotiate the terms & conditions of the service agreement and any other matters incident thereto.
Issue: One (1) sealed proposal was submitted in response to this public solicitation for Promotion Management Services" operations at the Webb County Fairgrounds facility.
Solution: Consideration to approve award to sole respondent.
Result: If approved, Civil / Legal Department will negotiate the terms, conditions and related fees for approval and execution of service agreement by Commissioners Court.

Issue: One (1) sealed proposal was submitted in response to this public solicitation for promotion management services at the Webb County Fairgrounds facility.
Solution: Consideration to approve the execution of the "Webb County Fairgrounds – Promotion Management Services" agreement with sole proposer G&Gm Promotions, as per prior award of (RFP) 2023-002.
Result: If approved, they will begin operations on November 20, 2023, upon approval of the service agreement by the Webb County Commissioners Court.

Civil Legal Division, Mr. Jorge Trevino stated that the discussions involved the contract, so he could have the leeway to amend the contract as needed.
