Let it be remembered that a special meeting of the Webb County Commissioners Court was held at 9:30 a.m. at the virtual special meeting place with the following members present to wit:

Thus constituting a quorum, the Commissioners Court proceeded to act upon the Agenda as posted in the meeting notice of the 25th day of March 2021. Present also were Mrs. Rosa E. Herrera, Recording Secretary representing Mrs. Margie Ramirez Ibarra, Ex-officio Clerk of the Commissioners Court, various officers and others interested in the business of the Court.

Issue: Webb County is proposing Road Overlay Projects for the following county roads; Martinena Road, El Pico Road, Espejo Molina Road and Mangana Hein Road.

Solution: The Engineering Department is proposing to transfer funds from the 2014 C.T.I.F. Grant to accomplish these road projects. 

Result: County roads will be maintained for use by county residents, first responders and school district.

Issue: The County Engineer was authorized to prepare plans and specifications for road overlay projects.  Formal bids were solicited and four (4) bids were submitted.    
 
Solution: Award to Anderson Columbia the lowest and responsible bidder.
 
Result: Proceed with Notice of Award and execution of construction contract between Webb County and Anderson Columbia Co., Inc.
