Discussion on file at the Webb County Clerk's Office July 13, 2015 Commissioners Court Special Meeting DVD.
Judge Tijerina stated that action would only be taken when making a motion for termination.
County Attorney's Office, Mr. Ramon Villafranca, County Attorney, Mr. Marco Montemayor, and Commissioners Court Administrator, Mr. Leroy Medford were all present to address the Commissioners Court on item #5.
The Commissioners Court evaluated the following Webb County department heads in the order that follows.
1. Administrative Services Department, Cynthia Mares
2. Bruni Community Center, Nelda Cortinas
3. Building Maintenance, Interim, Luis Perez Garcia
7. Engineering Department, Luis Perez Garcia
4. Carlos Aguilar Activity Center, Rachael Rangel
Motion by Commissioner, Pct. 1 Frank Sciaraffa, seconded by Commissioner, Pct. 3 John C. Galo to place Ms. Rangel on a two (2) month probationary period and to have Mr. Medford work on an action plan
Cmr. Sciaraffa stated that he would bring the item back.
Cmr. Galo withdrew his second.
