Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following slot to be funded from the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) and Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP) grant funds subject to any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective January 12, 2026; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Currently, there is a vacant Driver/Custodian position.

Solution: Seek authorization from the Court to post and fill the vacant slot.

Result: The position will be filled and, thus, allow the department to effectively continue to serve the clients and citizens of Webb County.
