Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 2 in the amount of $97,167.37 to 360 General Contractors, Inc., for ARPA Project No. 0003 Webb County Emergency Operations Center; and authorize the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Fund #3874 (Interest Income Series 2019A)]

Issue: Additional changes to scope of work as requested by Owner.

Solution: As requested by Owner; full system programming and integration, cameras and access control system. Electrical panel addition. Installation of an additional door for the new lounge closet. Elevator room modification (as per the state inspector), relocation of smoke detectors, light fixtures, and sprinkler heads.

Result: Approval of items as requested by Owner. Completion of Project.
