Discussion and possible action to authorize amendment no. 1 to the service contract between Webb County and iWorkQ Systems, Inc. for cloud based file management and application software services for the Planning Department to include a term extension terminating September 30, 2029. The amendment will include additional services provided to the Webb County Fire Marshal which includes annual subscription services, one-time setup fees, GIS Integration, and data conversion fees for a grand total for year one (1) of $20,500.00 and to further authorize General Counsel to prepare amendment no. 1 to service contract for execution by the Webb County Judge and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: The Fire Marshal’s Office is in need of a cloud-based software system to effectively track fire inspections, permits, and other related compliance and enforcement activities.

Solution: Consideration to approve the amendment to include the Fire Marshal’s Office to existing service contract for similar services being provided to the Planning department.

Result: If approved, General Counsel will prepare the required amendment to the existing service contract with iWorkQ Systems Inc., for execution by the Webb County Judge.
