Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.072 and 551.071, the Commissioners Court will deliberate with legal counsel on the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property legally described as Lot One-A (1-A), Block One (1) Guerra Subdivision, as shown on the replat recorded in Volume 25 Page 25 of the Webb County Plat Records, City of Laredo, Texas ("Tract 1"), and containing approximately 10.78 acres, more or less; and Lot Two-A (2-A), Block One (I), Guerra Subdivision, as shown on the replat recorded in Volume 25, Page 25 of the Webb County Plat Records, City of Laredo, Texas ("Tract 2"), and containing approximately 3.35 acres, more or less, and including all improvements situated thereon and with a street address of 5102 and 5110 U.S. Hwy 59, Laredo, Webb County, Texas and any other matters incident thereto.
