Discussion and possible action to enter into an AIA133 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Construction Manager as Constructor (Cost of Work Plus a Fee with a Guaranteed Maximum Price) with Leyendecker Construction of Texas, Inc. in the amount of Forty-Eight Thousand Dollars ($48,000) for Pre-construction Phase Services and, as a component of CMAR's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), approximately One Million One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($1,125,000) for construction overhead and profit (Construction Managers Fee based on $45 million construction cost) and One Million Six Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Forty Dollars ($1,682,640) for General Conditions Charges based on a 16 month project, and providing for adjustments in the Construction Manager's Fee for changes in the work of 5.33% and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant contracts.
