Discussion and possible action to locate land (approximately 5-10 acres) within Webb County for the Texas Department of Agriculture to build a State-of-the-Art facility that will greatly complement the growth of Webb County to house both TDA's export pen staff and the staff of the Texas Cooperative Inspection Program that will ensure the quality of produce imported to the United States; and any other matters incident thereto.
