Discussion and possible action to approve a one year (1yr.) lease agreement between the City of Laredo and Webb County commencing retroactively from February 1, 2021 thru January 31, 2022, for the following Webb County Head Start locations at these 4 City of Laredo owned sites, 1.) 2518 Cedar (J. Garcia HS) 2.) 2200 Zacatecas (Tatangelo HS) 3.) 3501 Eagle Pass (Villa Allegre HS) & 4.) 2802 McDonnell Avenue (Coordinator Annex) at a combined monthly rental rate of ($3,071.72) per month, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
